How often is the star seen?
The star is seen throughout the video, at least once every minute.

Does the face move?
The image of the face does not move, but with our special cartoon technology, the main character appears to move within the cartoon scenes throughout the story. A stunning achievement full of fun.

Is it really an animated cartoon?
The cartoons are animated similar to Saturday morning toons. We have sound effects, music, narration and lots of laughs for all.

What about refunds?
If the star is unhappy with his or her personalized video production, a refund will be issued less shipping and handling charges.

Can adults or pets be the star?
Yes, anyone can be a star, no matter their age, gender or species. As long as you send a full face front view photo of the star. But remember, gag gifts are non-refundable.

Can more than one star be in the video?
We made sure each star feels special. Sorry, only one person can star in a single video adventure.

What is the best photo to use?
Any size photo works, but it must be a clear, full face, front view image. The face must be bigger than a 10 pence piece and smaller that an 8x10 photo.

Does it really look like my child?
Yes, the image is captured exactly from the photo you send us.

Will my child's name be used?
Yes, but we only require the child's firstname e.g. "John" rather than "John Smith". In the case where the full name is entered as indicated. Only "John" will be used.

How long before I receive my video?
Normal in house processing is about two weeks from receipt of your order. During holiday season, about three to four weeks.

What about different ethnic groups?
All main characters have their hands, necks, legs and skin covered by costumes or accessories. Race is not an issue.

How will I recognise the payment on my statement?
